becoming the best version of yourself

& breaking free from what no longer serves you. We help men and women having challenges with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma who are unsure of who they are; go through the process of self-discovery so that they can become the most authentic version of their true selves.

Together we can uncover the blocks that may be preventing you from living a life of authenticity, deep emotional healing & personal growth. We believe in a holistic approach and tuning inward with awareness and compassion.

Our approach includes self compassion work, inner child work, breaking generational patterns, lack of self worth, setting boundaries and turning inward to gain greater clarity & deep emotional healing.

Ashley received her master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College. Ashley’s goal as a therapist is to help identify your struggles and process them with you at your own pace.

Her experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, big life shifts, and grief and loss. Ashley makes it a priority to make her clients feel seen and supported by creating a safe space. Ashley’s approach to therapy involves focusing on not only the individual, but their environment, and other outside influences that may be impacting their behaviors and thought processes.

In sessions, she likes to also incorporate other therapeutic interventions through art, music, mindfulness, and body scans. Ashley believes that therapy can be a source of healing, if you are open to let it be.
