Ashley received her master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chestnut Hill College. Ashley’s goal as a therapist is to help identify your struggles and process them with you at your own pace.
Her experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, big life shifts, and grief and loss. Ashley makes it a priority to make her clients feel seen and supported by creating a safe space. Ashley’s approach to therapy involves focusing on not only the individual, but their environment, and other outside influences that may be impacting their behaviors and thought processes.
In sessions, she likes to also incorporate other therapeutic interventions through art, music, mindfulness, and body scans. Ashley believes that therapy can be a source of healing, if you are open to let it be.
